My name is Ryan Wegner. I’m a Canadian worship leader, ordained pastor, and recording artist. After 15 years leading worship through rapid multi-site growth at Hope City Church in Edmonton Alberta, I now help churches and worship leaders build worship ministries that are spiritually healthy, culturally strong, and sustainable for the long haul.

Through conversations with worship leaders while also reflecting on my own experience - a clear pattern emerges. Many worship leaders and ministries are:

over-dependent on a few key volunteers
navigating burnout and exhaustion

built from real ministry experience
For the past 15 years, I served as Worship Pastor at Hope City Church in Edmonton, Alberta - helping lead through a season of significant growth from 2 weekend services to a multi-site church with 11 services across the city.
During that time, I had the privilege of:
building and leading worship teams
developing volunteer leaders
navigating growth and complexity
creating sustainable ministry systems
mentoring worship leaders and pastors
Over the years, one thing became increasingly clear:

Crafted was born out of a desire to help churches build worship ministries that are healthy, grounded, sustainable, and equipped for long-term impact.
