Crafted exists because healthy worship leaders are not mass-produced / and neither are healthy worship ministries.

The modern church doesn’t have a content problem. Without trying very hard, you can find endless and incredible content to help your worship leader and church grow. As a result, church production and music have never sounded or looked better…so why am I starting a mentorship practice when there has never been more content, more podcasts, or more resources to help churches succeed?

Over the past decade+ of local church ministry and throughout my travels leading worship across Canada, I began to see some common patterns amongst my peers and church leaders. I met more and more incredibly gifted worship leaders carrying heavy responsibility with very little space to process, grow, or be formed as leaders and disciples. I also communicated with many great churches longing for meaningful, sustainable, thriving worship cultures - but unsure of how to move forward without burning out their people or losing their unique identity.

Crafted Worship Mentorship was born out of that gap.

Crafted emerged from the conviction that healthy worship leaders are not meant to be quickly manufactured, mass-produced, or shaped in isolation. They are crafted over time - through intentional formation, healthy leadership, strong mentorship, and faithful practice.

We believe that when worship leaders are formed with care, worship becomes more than a moment or a set-list - it becomes a formative experience for the church.

At its core, Crafted is about formation before function. WHO you are becoming is more important than WHAT you are producing. Crafted prioritizes tending to the heart of the worship leader while also strengthening the skills, systems, and teams that support the ministry.

This isn’t about changing a church’s musical style or importing a formula - it’s about helping worship leaders and churches clarify who God has uniquely called them to be and building worship ministries that are healthy, excellent, and sustainable over time.

Through mentoring, coaching, and consulting, I partner with worship leaders and church leadership teams to bring clarity, encouragement, and practical guidance. Sometimes that looks like one-on-one mentorship. Sometimes it looks like helping a team navigate growth, transition, staffing, or alignment. Always, it’s shaped by listening first and responding with care, wisdom, and experience.

Healthy worship ministries are crafted with care and intention through faithfulness, humility, and strong leadership. My role is to come alongside, help shape what God is already forming, and support churches as they cultivate worship ministries that are honest, excellent, and deeply rooted in their unique mission.
